Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information.
13. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
In summary:
Returns are accepted only when:
- Products remain unopened;
- Original seals remain intact;
- Products have not been consumed;
- Products are returned within the permitted timeframe.
Returns may also be accepted for:

Opened or consumed food and beverage products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
